Ingredients
1 pound bacon
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup water
2 1/2 cup chopped potatoes
1 cup chopped carrots
3 cups chicken stock
3 cups milk
2 cans of whole kernel corn
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons flour
Directions
Cut bacon in bite size pieces and fry til crisp ..drain well.
Add onion to grease (or some of it) and cook till transparent.
Stir in water, potatoes carrots and stock.
Bring to just boil, cover and simmer til veggies are tender..
Cook at least 5 mins or until cheese is melted...Very good !!!
