Cranberry Salad





Ingredients

1 pound fresh cranberries
1 small can crushed pineapples-- drained
1 naval orange plus 1/2 of rind
2 stalks celery
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
2 3 ounce kg.lemon jello

Directions

Grind cranberries, pineapple, orange, orange rind and celery.
Put ground fruits with sugar.
Let stand 2 hours.
Boil water, dissolve jello.
Add to cranberry mixture.
Chill 4 hours or until firm.
