Ingredients
1 vegetable stock cube
500g easy cook rice
25g butter
4tblespns frsh herbs, chopped, such as chives, parsley, coriander
Directions
1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and stir in the crumbled stock cube
2. Add the rice, cover and simmer for 10 - 12 mins or until grains are fluffy and tender
3. Drain well and place in a warmed serving bowl.
4. Add butter and herbs and stir through before serving.
