Mashed Potato Cassserole





Ingredients

Serves 6

2 1/2 pounds russet potatoes peeled and chunked
1/2 cups sour cream
4 oz cream cheese cut in chunks and softened
1/4 cup milk, heated
1/4 cup butter softened and chunked
salt and pepper to taste
chives
METHOD

In saucepot cover potatoes with salted water.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat to med and simmer 15 mins until tender.
Drain. Add cream cheese. Mash and stir til cream cheese melts.
Mash in sour cream, milk and butter.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in 375 degree oven 30-40 mins.
Sprinkle with chives.
