Ingredients
2 x chicken breasts
seasoned flour
1 egg
whole grained mustard
Bradcrumbs
Method
Cut Chicken Breasts in to strips, coat with seasoned flour.
Beat an egg with 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard or mustard of your choice.
Cover chicken strips with this and then coat with breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry till golden brown.
I usually serve with a green salad and salsa or mayonaisse dip.
I use ready-made breadcrumbs for convenience and because I am lazy lol
