PATS PUDDING





Ingredients

1 box of graham crackers
2 reg french vanilla instant pudding
1 medium cool whip
3 cups of milk

Topping
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup cocoa
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Line bottom 9x13 pan with crackers. Do NOT break up or crush.
Mix pudding with 3 cups milk.
Add cool whip and pour half over the crackers.
Add another layer of crackers..
Pour remaining pudding mixture on top.
Put another layer of crackers. Refrigerate until set..

Topping:
Stir, sugar, milk, cocoa, and salt together on stove, boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add margarine and vanilla.
Beat until smooth and pour over crackers. Let sit til set and then serve....
