2C Sweet Potatoes (mashed)
1/2 stick margarine
2C sugar
1/4C milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla
Dash of salt
Mix together all ingredients and pour into baking dish
Topping:
1C margarine (approx 1 stick) bring to room temp
1/2C sugar
1/4C flour
1 egg beaten
1 small can crushed pineapple
Pour ingredients on top of the sweet potato mix
Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes
