Ingredients
2 pack of cresent rolls
1 pound shave corned beef
12 slices swiss cheese
1/4 cup thousand island dressing
1 small can drained sauerkraut
1 egg white
caraway seeds
Smooth 1 can of cresent rolls on bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish
Mix thousand island dressing with sauerkraut and put on top of roll layer
spread out 1/2 of the corned beef
6 slices of cheese
Another layer of corned beef and then cheese...
Top with 2nd pack of cresent rolls
Brush on egg white
Sprinkle liberally with caraway seeds
Bake at 350 for about 20 mins or until top is golden brown.
