Spicy Balls
Ingredients
1 Pound each- hot and mild sausage
2 Pounds Velveeta cheese- cubed
3 Loaves party rye bread
Italian seasoning to taste
1 medium onion- chopped
Directions.
Brown onion and sausage- drain well.
Add cubed cheese and stir until melted.
Add seasoning.
Keep on simmer while spreading the rye bread with approximately a tablespoon of sausage/cheese mixture.
Best if served warm.
After spreading all of the sausage mixture on the bread slices
They can be frozen and kept in zip lock bag and used when needed
